Trinity does not boot up. Shows 2 Red lights

I bought a used Trinity and tried booting it up. Two of the red LED lights turn on and then it just sits there. I tried booting it up through USB and OBD. Can anything be done?

better off emailing [email protected] - crew is thin this week due to being at SEMA...

Looks like I found a post that solved my problem. Just had to hold the left button while powering it up. I've got it updating right now, woo hoo!
