Intune I1000 won't restore factory tune

Hi!

I have Intune I100. It worked fine with my RAM 1500 07. Vehicle is flashed with MPG Booster tune.

I used it to read DTC's on different vehicles. Unfortunatelly 2 days ago tuner said "Disk Check". I connected it to my PC and waited for it. Looks like it got an update and returned to it's normal working order.

I read some DTC without a problem. After that I decided to check how it works with my RAM. Here goes the problem!

If I try to restore stock tune tuner tells me "The vehicle is not supported, contact Diablosport" and "No backups are stored for ... (my VIN)"

Also CD-disk with autoupdate function is not accessible for some reason.

What should I do to make this tuner work fine?
