Customer Support???

Post by four34 »

I have had some issues and concerns about the different tunes since I have installed. I was inquiring about a custom tune so I have emailed log files and responded to a question that was asked. I have now sent 3 emails over a 2 week period with no response! Can someone there at least communicate back.

You asked me to send you my log files, what engine I had, what octane I was running, and what tune I put in. I sent all of it to you and have been waiting for some kind of response for 2 weeks. I have sent multiple emails asking if you have had a chance to look at the log files or if you have any recommendations but still no response.

If you could email me those logs and tunes, and a little information as to what you're trying to get done I'd be glad to help

I just received a new tune from a Daniel Gomberg @ Tech Support. Should I load this tune or wait until I know someone has reviewed my log files?

If you are in contact with support, then continue dealing with them.
