Need help to tune mustang 2010 v6

Hey guys hope you good
I karam form Iraq I have mustang 2010 v6 with some editions like air intake airaid and axle ratio 4.10 and spark plugs ngk iridium in and thermostat 72 buz our summer is to hot and magnaflow exhaust
And I have t1000 and I use 87 octane tune buz our gas not so good bus I didn't feel there are more power or like this
But I see some guys use octane 91 or more but change some parameter some I'm confuse now I need your support please what must I need to change buz there are many parameter like
global spark adder
and mass air table
and shift points
and mafia curve
and wot fuel and
many of them so help me please

you should not need to make any changes really, try the 91 tune with the best fuel you can find and see how that feels.
