Please if i can get help on 2 things

1. i installed the latest data viewer and downloader but i don't know how to update my handheld tool if needed, please if someone can give me a detailed step by step.

2. I added a Injector Pulse all cylinder 1-8 on my tool but they are showing 0's when trying to crank it . Saved the log anyways and checked it in dataviewer, but still 0.

Trying to get my tool or dataviewer to read injector pulse for cylinders, please give me a step by step on what exactly to do because i am a rookie on this stuff.

guys please help me atleast with the injector pulse on my diablo sport, it shows up at 0's , and nothing comes up on my dataviewer.

My remote tuner needs this as soon as possible but i can't get a reading out of my trinity handheld.

How can i make it read ?

Updated all the software and version in my trinity after i created the thread, still didnt work.

ok i think i figured it out. tool connected to the car and getting log readings for cylinder injector pulse width will not work .

when i connect the trinity to the car, and also connect usb to laptop and load up data viewer, and do the logging straight from the laptop, i was able to do get the readings for cylinder injector pulse width .
