T1000 please connect this trinity to the DS Downloader

Hello,
I have just received a unlocked PCM from DiabloSport and installed it in the car. I already had a T1000, so I downloaded the latest DS Downloader software, connected it and it updated the T1000. I take the T1000 out to the car, I go through the vehicle selection process and when I select "Performance", I get the error "" Please connect this Trinity to the DS Downloader program at your PC and click the Calibration Updater button to update your vehicle to a supported CAL ID. For more information, go to http://www.diablosport.com/calupdate.

I'm a tech, so I know to search the forums first. I did and found a few other posts about this same issue. I, however, have tried the steps that was done in this thread:

but nothing seems to help. I have the same issue as the guy in thread https://forum.diablosport.com/viewtopic ... 37&t=55766 . There is nothing displayed under CAL ID in the Option>Show Information area. If I go into Troubleshooting>Show Calibration ID, there is an ID listed in there. If I try to select Force calibration update, I get prompt for a password, which I do not know.

When I connect the tool to the DS Downloader, I never get a button that says "calibration updater". When I connected the T1000, it performed all of it's auto updates. Below is all the information:

So, I decided to go through the process and change my vehicle on the T1000 to another vehicle, then changed it back to my vehicle, restarted the DSDL program and then that brought up the prompt for the calibration update. Once I did this, it updated the cars PCM just fine.

go back to vehiclke, try to tune, if it asks for cal update again, click ok then go to pc and run dsdl, let it connect and cal updater button will appear.
