Speedo recal and drag tree don't work.

Speedo recal and drag tree don't work.
Folks - after working with Danielg for more then three weeks to get my brand new trinity back on its wheels. After you went on your break for Christmas, I learned I have two issues that don't work. Speedo recal for larger tires does not work, the speedo is 5MPH + slower as speed increases as validated by a GPS and police RADAR (don't ask)... and the drag tree does not work in either mode. No matter which setting you put it on. The reaction mode freezes in pre-stage. Motion, trips the tree and says Go, but does not display any data. Press reset, it says connecting to vehicle and freezes. I have to exit the drag tree mode completely. Yes I have the most up to date drivers, DSDL, dataviewer, 2.5 USB driver, and the outdated full users manual downloaded directly from your website. So let us recap what I have. A $600 tool that has not been working correctly as advertised since I bought it, waiting for the $97.00 reimbursement for the dealer re flash of the PCM, because of a tech's mistake out of Ogden, UT, recalibration of speedo that doesn't recal the speedo and a cool dragtree feature that doesn't work. I have a new 2016, F-150, Lariat XLT, 3.5L Ecoboost, with dual cat back exhaust and K&N 63 series cold air intake. During this process, we also learned that the I2 will not work on this truck. I am patiently waiting for answers and solutions, I am a patient person, but I have just about reached the end of the line here. Attached are pictures of the tuners with information screen and drag tree not operating.

Re: Speedo recal and drag tree don't work.
@ mikel - I know this is a long post, but please take the time to read this all the way through. I was just perusing the trinity Ford gas posts this morning, 28 Dec 16, I noted that a question was asked in June 2016 "if the Tire Size Calibrator was working for the 2015 3-5 ecoboost yet?" Your reply on 1 July 16 was "not yet, close though". With no further update. I posted a question on 23 Dec 16 regarding the same issue, not knowing it had been asked already. We users are running in circles, chasing our tails, trying to do work arounds such as calculating revs per mile, etc to get the speedo close (just one example given). Good, bad or indifferent, here's the deal, I am not going to sugar coat this post. I like your product, do not get me wrong. I spent 21 years in the Army and had to use newly fielded, and "thoroughly tested" equipment the government spent millions of dollars in your and my tax dollars with R&D, testing, fielding to 100s of thousands of soldiers, sailors. Marines, airmen and coast guard personnel only to learn it was crap, did not live up to what it was intended to do. So living up to the the "tradition" of the military, we took it upon ourselves to create work arounds or modifications to the equipment to get it to work to a degree of success, until the equipment was totally recalled or sent in for a complete modification. I went the long way around the barn to get to this point to tie this into the example given. The Trinity is your older, but highest priced tuner in your inventory, you just merged with edge products. The trinity is advertised with all the bells and whistle things it can do out of the box, which quite frankly is not the truth, not even a disclaimer in tiny fine print say that not all features may not work with all vehicles. The trinity has underwent many updates since it first hit the shelf, and still doesn't perform upto advertised "out of the box" use of all features as your product description from your website and packaging says it will do. I get it, vehicle technology is growing quicker then you can keep up with. That is not a concern to the consumer, it is diablosport's legal and ethical responsibility to ensure the product does what it says as advertised. I do not mind a few updates here and there out of the box to get to the advertised use, just like buying a new computer or game system... but this is a failure, a corporate failure, not yours Mike. It is geared to ensure the product continues to sell to bring in revenue and make a profit for the company and its share holders, Hence the merger with Edge, more corporate earnings. I am not sure if your know what a Dunn & Bradstreet report is, but I do. I used them when conducting fraud investigations, they give all sorts of useful information about a company, as does the information contained in the published corporate profiles of publicly traded companies, but I digress. Back onto topic. When in the heck can we consumers expect the our product to work as advertised. At between $550 - $600 a pop, I think it is not out of the question to have a cow ate the cabbage answer. Your answer to the tire cal question was indirect... "not yet, but soon" that was a placating answer at best. It has been almost 6 months since this question was asked... and no further information has been published. I would much rather you tell me, "yeah we know the problem, but it is mid priority, our engineers are working higher priority issues, we don't know when it will be fixed". But that is a double edged (no pun intended, with your merger with edge) sword, if you were to publish that on your forum, it could harm sales or give question as to the reliability of the products "as the number one tuning company" on the market. You don't have to place it on the forum, just at least give me the truth, don't placate or patronize me with the party line of "not yet, soon though" just shoot me an e-mail and give it to me straight. After all we loyal Diablosport customers are at least owed that at the cost of your product. Feel free to shoot this up to your corporate headquarters, maybe the marketing division can assist, so you are not getting beat up as the messenger. Thanks for reading. Duane
