Big problems with my InTune 2 / Chrysler

Hello Guys.

My name is Daniel and i come from Switzerland. I have a Chrysler 300c V8 Hemi (2005).

I have ordered a Diablosport InTune 2 i2010 for my Chrysler. I have connected my Diablo device with my Chrysler, but i had a message on the display, that the device need a update for my Chrysler. I have connectet the Diablo device with my computer. The diablo updater has made the correct update. I have connected the diablo device again with my Chrysler, but the display show the same message and doesent work on my Chrysler

I dont know whats the problem I have see in this tool info, the diablo device missing parameters in the firmware:

- missing updater
- missing installer

I hope someone can help me?!

Unfortunately this tool will need to come in for a fix, please give us a call to set up the rma.

I do not believe it and im very disappointed:-( I have ordered this Diablosport InTune 2 from DT Discount Tuners and yesterday i have received the InTune 2. Unfortunately my english is not very good I need to send the Diablosport InTune 2 to Diablosport?

First i will still contact DT.

Hey Mike, I'm currently swapping this one out for him with another one, but I've got this bad one back and want to get it fixed. I got it as a trade in from a customer so I'm assuming it wouldn't be covered under a warranty? I noticed that when I run the updater, it downloads an update but it never actually installs on the tuner. I have attached a picture of what is sitting on the drive. Let me know what I need to do to get it fixed up. Thanks!

the installer application is missing, so it wont install anything from the drive:

Needs to come in for a fix.
