i get this message the vehicle is not supported connect to pc for update .. i try to connect to pc and there is no update available at this time !

looks like you took the vehicle to a dealer without restoring the stock tune, you should always restore for a dealer visit if possible as they will usually flash the pcm while they have it which locks you out.sketcher wrote:i get this message the vehicle is not supported connect to pc for update .. i try to connect to pc and there is no update available at this time !

Please call with the tool powered up and mention that I asked you to call to reset the device, and have it powered up when you call.
