Need help Tuning my 1999 Trans Am LS1

I have a 1999 Trans Am LS1 I just recently got a diablo Intune i2. I just wanted to know what would be the best costume tune for my car. My mods are SLP air lid, 3.73 gears, Cat back exhaust and that's all basically still stock. I have an advanced tune on it now but didn't know what to do for half the stuff when messing with the peramiters. Can someone please help walk me through what the best things to edit on my advanced tune to get the best out of my car? Thank you in advanced!

Shouldnt need to adjust much besides the gears to correct the speedo.
