WTF! Happened to DiabloSport Holley Teh Support. Pathetic!

Hey there, so here is my experience with Diablo for 2017. Years ago they use to have amazing service, even in 2015. Now it's non existent. Here is what I emailed them and what has transpired.

Holy Crap!!! 43 minutes on hold for tech support, still waiting! ?

3 days also no email reply, what is wrong with your company!! ?? This is insane and pathetic, your 866 # on your site doesn't work either, so worthless guys, are you even in business!! ? This is a joke!! Worst customer service of any company I deal with, what has happened to your company?

I am screwed here and stranded till you call me back and get me the dang .itf file I requested.

Seriously unsatisfied guys, this is bad business.

Days Prior I emailed support:

Hey there to whom it may Concern or Daniel please!

I do not get this, not at all. I have ANOTHER I2 I just bought from you directly at your site after you emailed me and said the I2 would adjust shift points on the new i8 speed tcm. Well that I got for my 2016 Escalade ESV Platinum, and I updated via mini usb and it all worked just fine, but for some reason I plugged the newer 2nd I2 I bought in January, and I updated it and went to install TCM and ECM tune on my parents 2016 Escalade just this evening (not esv, shorter one) and it said

"There are control units in this vehicle that are currently not supported but can be read. These reads would normally be sent to DiabloSport Tech Support. Attempt Unsupported Read?" Y/N

then

"Attempt to read Unknown TCM?" Y/N

So Here you go, here are the .grg files, for ECM back up original, last tune written to vehicle, and unknown tcm, as well as the xml info file with but no reg .itf on this one cause new I2

and yes I just updated the programmer, it's 100% up to date as of March 4th, 2017 itf.

This vehicle is only 4 months newer than mine from June 2016.

The info. xml file with the tuner info and serial # 14U7ZCHD8I.

ps. the ECM tune seemed to install just fine, but if that was the case I would have not bought an I2 and just kept my Intune 1000 since it could do ecm as well just not new i8 tcm 8 speed control modules with the new calibration.

I just purchased t-1000 and am trying to figure things out with it. I hope I don't have problems like this

Ive got the files and have submitted them to engineering, will have the update ready in a couple days.
