PCM and Trinity problems

I am trying to figure out what is going on with my 2015 Ram unlocked pcm and trinity tuner. I feel like the truck may have been flashed at the dealer while the unlocked Diabloport pcm and custom tune were in it(its a long story). I tried to reload my custom tune and it said that the last tune was not loaded and the original will be restored, when you hit ok it asks to restore original now. And it continues to loop from there. Also now the truck would not start or anything until I replaced the Diablosport unlocked pcm with the original that came on the truck. Can someone tell me what can or needs to happen to get back to tuning the truck?

sounds like you may have tried to restore the old backup to the pcm after they updated it at the dealer, you should Always restore before going to the dealer.

if the new pcm will no longer start, you'll need to send it in most likely, please give us a call to sort it out.

good morning, I am having an issue trying to load a tune. the trinity will load but when I select the performance tab it say it can't get the vin but the trinity is married to this vehicle. This started when the trinity failed to load a tune. i got to the part where it say turn off for 10 seconds then when it said turn key back to on position I did but unit froze and restarted. the car will not drive now and i need to get back home tonight. Any help?

Hurry up 9 A.M.. ready to get this figured out. Probably going to be in some deep shit today thanks to the fact that DiabloSport Doesn't have any TECH SUPPORT after 5 P.M. on Friday until 9 A.M. Monday. Which really is BS.. They Have no problem selling you a product that can leave you stranded somewhere. To me that tells all of us customers of yours that you don't care about us. Its sad when you can go but a $20 product and get 24/7 TECH SUPPORT some way or the other be it a phone number or online chat. Damn man Something would be nice. Especially when its an emergency. If you guys sold people pace makers you be killing them. ( literally ). Also whats with the deal that only shops can purchase the "CMR" software. I know I'm ranting a lot but this TECH SUPPORT issue is BULL SHIT . Its not that hard to setup a rotation of your personnel to handle weekend Tech Support issues that the forums do not have answers for or if someone need to be unlocked or reset or something technical so they can get back going after your product takes a shit on them and not be stuck some where.
