shift firmness adjustment

Is there no option to adjust shift firmness or shift points for my '14 Ram 1500 hemi? I don't see an option anywhere. I have the Diablosport DCX tuner. I have the Diablo Tune installed.

Not sure about the Ram's but on my GTO you can adjust the firmness but only at WOT. Kind of useless. I don't understand why you can't adjust it for normal driving.
