9r01 changes
Hey DS guys, what other changes have you made with this revision for U7131. I have uploaded it to my truck and it seems that tunes in this new revision are somehow weaker than previous versions. Not so much smoke and it does not have the same pickup.

RE: 9r01 changes
Mikel,
I felt the same way when I installed the 9r01. When you say the tunes haven't changed at all, is that ever or since which revision? I ask because the last revision that I had installed was pre -12. I can't remember the name of it, but it was what was installed on the Predator when I bought it over a year ago. Just curious. The 9r01 version seems to be working. It still idles a little rough but not very noticeable. It has the power when you get on it, but I remember the the power being there instantly if you moved the throttle just a little on the previous version I had in. My wife said the same thing when she drove it. Anyway, thanks for the update.

RE: 9r01 changes
Hm, thats weird. The last tune I had on the truck was Release 16, I was fortunate enough not to have idle issues, but have updated to 9r01 because of key counter and hopes for better MPG. I know that in r16 when I hit the gas I would roast the tires right from the bottom, in 9r01 when I hit the gas the truck starts slowly till about 10-15 mph and then the power kicks in, but even then it is not as aggressive as r16. It really feels that something changed

The tune change we made in these where idle surge fixes for certain calid's. It should not of affected the power output of the tune.
