Restore Original stuck Please Wait (Axle Ratio)

Post by Luthius »

Hello,

I kinda need help on this one. I tried to restore original tune using restore original feature, it goes well but really slow till 100% then it changes the tires, all good.. Then Please Wait on writing axle ratio and takes FOREVER stuck there..

And the evic doesn't display the servicing message as if a tune being written. However, i unplugged it and plugged it in now the vehicle isnt supported and recovery mode

Vehicle doesn't start. I know i pretty much messed it up but I need help in this. Thank you.

After taking off the device while its frozen on please wait.. The car runs fine, however whenever i try to write a tune it fails and the car fails to start. Then recovery mode and restore freezes again on please wait on axle ratio.

Tried it 4 times now, disconnected battery for 30 mins. Now it is running, hiwever i can't tune it.

Can you give us a call with the tool powered up in the vehicle after you restore the backup?
We'll reset the device and then you can update and it should be fine from there.

Do you mean to restore it fully? Cause it never passes the please wait screen
