13 Durango 3.6l tuning issues

Hi, i posted somthing similar roughly a year and a half ago about this issue but i was not able to complete it on my end because of my work schedule. Id like to make a second attempt at it. Here is my problem.

I have been having numerous hiccups when tuning my 13 Durango. First when saving original backup It takes nearly 3 or 4 tries before it saves the backup. It states original backup not saved -11. When this happens I have to pull the key and leave the D alone for a minute or 2 because it locks the vehicle up. After the vehicle powers down i can make another attempt. Eventually it will save the backup.

The next problem from there is, it also takes multiple times to get the tune to take. On a failed attempt the trinity tells me PCM:error unlock for refresh -18. The trinity locks up but the truck functions normally afterwards. Eventually it will install. This is just frustrating when changing tunes or switching vehicles.

Trinity is updated to 1r13g

If I need a cal update I should have the vehicle all day if needed.

any aftermarket electronics in the vehicle?

Keyed ignition and there's no aftermarket electronics installed

we can try forcing a calibration update to the pcm, can you give us a call today with the device powered up in the truck?

Well there was an issue when trying to do the calibration update. The application froze after i plugged the trinity in. I saw the calibration update button but DS downloader closed before it did anything. I tried it again and the calibration update button is no longer shown.

start over at the vehicle and agree to the cal update request then try again at pc please.
