Defective Unit?

I cant beleive this i2 tuner is this complicated. After updating it would not get past "please wait" after selecting the tune. So I , posted here and Mike from Diablo gave me a fil to load and that cured the please wait problem.

After looking through the manual my i2 seems to be missing some screens and or options. I never see the "apply tune" screen. I thought maybe it needed more updates so i checked for updates and it said there was updates....so I let the updates install. Now its bac to being stuck on "Please Wait" after clicking the "tuner" option.

I am attaching all the screens I can accsess when trying to load a tune....its just a loop with no option to apply tune(bottom photo is the first ). If there is no solution here I ll just return it.

please post the info.xml file from the i2 drive.

on the screen asking you to select tcm tune, click skip this module and then you'll be able to tune.

try restoring the backup then reload the tune, but skipping tcm will work either way.
