Accidentally unlocked I3 tuner

I didn’t know till doing some research that going back to stock settings will unlock you tuner, and now my truck won’t start and I can’t get to work, and of course nobody answers the damn phone on the weekends. Ive tried just about everything and would appreciate some help in getting my truck up and running again. My VIN number is no longer attached to the Program, and I’m just getting the same updates over and over as well.

Yes, Sent in PCM on Monday and getting it back tommorrow morning. Hopefully there will be no more issues. Everything was working perfectly until I went back to stock settings, and it completed the original backup, but after turning key fob from off to on it would give me and error message, and then under vehicle info there was no vin # or cal Id #. Tried to update however it kept giving me the same 4 updates over and over. Pretty frustrating last few days, and I am a little hesitant to try another tune to say the least.

Update: Got PCM back Wednesday morning, and everything worked out perfectly. Truck was back at stock settings with no problems at all. Did a 91 octane tune, adjusted the throttle boost, throttle upshift, and shift patterns, and my little 4.7 is gettin it. I make sure now to put a charger on the battery while tuning because tech said that anything below 12 volts can cause problems, and the 2013 and 14 Rams are bad about that. I also make sure now to tune on the weekday so if there are any issue I’m able to contact somebody. Overall I’m satisfied with the I3 and eventually am going to purchase the trinity, for more options.
