Failure to Add New License

Purchased a second license for another vehicle on my T2. It is not showing up on the tool with 2 licenses. The Ignition Updater says that it has updated the tool. Order # 700010606

can you provide the serial number for the device please?

I'm having the same problem. Purchased a new license #700010879 and it was not added to my T2. Device was updated. Device serial is 201163416
