TWO Unsupported Vehicles after the updates

Hey,
I updated the T2's I have for two of my three Dodge Chargers and now they both give me the famous Vehicle Not Supported error. 1st is a 2011 Charger 5.7 and 2nd is a 2012 Charger 5.7. They install the same 4 files over and over again no mater what on the updater. Neat where they want to sell me more licenses after the update when the update screws the units up. Someone please help!!!

were these both at a dealership since you last programmed them?

Hey,
Yes they were there just for an air bag recall. Im guessing by the question they did a little more. I just remembered my wife took my 2008 Charger 5.7 in for the air bag recall also. Its running the first model Trinity. I can pull the info off if it also if you dont mind helping on that one also if needed please.

The 2008 Charger with the first style trinity is ok. Just need to reset both the T2's for the 2011 and 2012 please.

you need to have the tool reset, please give us a call with the tool powered up so we can do so.

In the future, if going to the dealer for any reason, put the stock tunes back in the vehicle first to avoid this

Can I call with the programmer powered up in the car or do we need a pc? I dont get home till 6pm is why i am asking.

powered up anywhere is fine.
