We trade in an 2017 Challenger Scat Pack and keep the unlocked PCM for it. Can I send the unlock PCM in to be programmed for a 2016 Challenger Hellcat? Also can we use the license we had for the Scat Pack on the T2 or do we have to buy another license?

The hellcat pcm is different unfortunately.
If you put the stock tune back in the scat pack, then that released the T2 license and its ready to go in another vehicle.
