calid # not matching

ya the calid # matches but the letters dont the letters are lower case but mine are capitalized any idea what i could be doing wrong i have the most current programer and updates and i would like to use my puck my programer works but the updates on this page are not matching

Might need to elaborate some on this question.
What is your calid and what revision do you have on the predator?

are you trying to load one of the RKL programs? If so, I had the same problem. The regular files loaded fine, but when I returned it to stock and then tried to load an RKL program, it had the same error that you're having with the cal ID. Load up any of the regular files (tow, performance, extreme) then go download the correct RKL file for your cal ID to your predator from the computer, and then load that into your truck. worked for me.
