Whats the deal with disabling MDS on a 13' SRT8 Charger?!

The MAIN reason I bought the tuner was to disable MDS. That is all I really cared about.

Im going to try in detail to best explain whats happening in the car. To settle one thing right now, I already know the ECO light and MDS are two different things, and the ECO light doesnt always mean the car is using MDS. Now that thats out of the way allow me to explain the issue.

After turning MDS off with the tuner, I can definitely tell MDS no longer activates when cruising. This is good, Thank You Diablo Sport. The issue happens when I let off the gas.

Lets say Im exiting going highway speeds. Usually, I just like to let off the gas and coast the exit as required, just letting the car slow on its own until I need to hit the brakes. What happens in this car, even after turning off MDS, is when I let off the gas, the car suddenly jolts a bit and the ECO light comes on, engine RPM remains, and the MPGs go to +30. Along with that the exhaust note changes to sound JUST LIKE how MDS sounds. Ive owned this car a year, I know how it sounds when MDS kicks on. On top of that, the car tries to carry its speed rather than slowly coast down when I let off the gas, which is kind of annoying, and what I tried to eliminate by turning off MDS.

This "jolt" I described (characterized by ECO light appearing, 30+MPG, and MDS exhaust note) happens pretty much every time I let off the gas, even normal street driving, my story above was just and example of when it annoys me the most. It feels like the car wants to try and maintain current speed, rather than slow down, and I dont get why it does this. BIG NOTE: I would like to mention that the car has ALWAYS acted this way, even before tuning out MDS.

SO, my theory or thought is that MDS is only "half-way" turned off, because based on the exhaust note alone (NOT THE ECO LIGHT) I feel like MDS is still kicking in when Im letting off the gas (ie; not cruising). I could be wrong, but I hope someone can help me figure out whats going on here.
