Control units that are not supported.

Post by hondafoxracing17 »

After I installed my custom tune, I went to retune my truck (08 Ram 1500 5.7) with a new version of my custom tune but when I go to tuning, I get this message. I hooked it up to my computer and it said up to date. If i hit continue, it freezes. If I'm on wifi and select update over wifi it times out. Tried emailing you guys twice but have recieved no response.

it jut wants you to run the update again to get the file it needs.
Update, go to the car and it will prompt you to load the update then you can tune it.
