Upgrading to platinum

I have a t2 Ex 9420 but wanting to tune another vehicle. I planned one spending the 149 for the license But wanted to see if there’s a way to upgrade the software to make it a platinum before doing so. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

whats the device serial number, and where are you located?

It’s still in the factory sealed box is there a serial number on the outside of the box? And I am located in idaho

it will be on the sticker on the bottom of the box, starts with 101

can you double check that?
the serial you provided comes back as a sprint module.

I opened the box and powered the device. Serial number is showing 201116267
