vehicle unsupported

The dodge dealership flashed my pcm and tcm while the tune was on it. I have a intune i3. I'm trying to put the tune back on and this message pops up and I've updated over wifi and plugged into my computer and the message still pops up even and now says no updates available. What else can I try? Do I need I new tunner?

you'll need to have it reset first if you didn't return to stock before they updated the pcm/tcm.
Give us a call with the tool powered up, we'll reset t then you'll connect and do the requested updated then you can tune.

I recently purchased a 2013 ram 1500 hemi. Looks to be possible a county truck or retired police truck. Purchased a diablo sport 2 tuner. Updated it. Plugged it into truck. It went through the beginning process. The states tool requires update. When I update the tool it says diablos calibration team has recited my stock file and has been notified that your current vehicle is unsupported. An email will be sent out when a calibration is available. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone yet due to its Friday after hours. Anyone else seen this.
