Missing Parameters

Last night after installing a 180* degree thermostat and a doing a v6 fan conversion on my 2016 ram 1500. I noticed that I’m unable to modify my HS and LS fan settings with or without ac. The only option it gives me is for adjusting cold start fan on setting. I’m I missing something? Also I noticed that I’m also unable to adjust shift points for my transmission when trying to install a TCM tune. The parameters that I’m missing are the ones in the attachment.

what fan params do you see exactly?
there have never been any trans params for the 8 speed trucks.
