OK. I've checked and cleared the codes. Reconnected the Puck and the Truck is still very sluggish! I'm beginning to think that I do need a Boost Fooler, because, not only will it not rev past 2200RPM, but it will not build boost past 15psi while the Puck is connected! Without the Puck, it builds 30-35psi. It didn't throw any codes until about 20mins. later though. P0069 again. What do you think guys?

Pretty sure you can, the fooler just caps the voltage signal going to the pcm, so i would have the fooler last inline.

I had the same problem BigBlackDodge. On the MAP Sensor Pins check and make sure any of those pins aren't pushed back. It happened on my trucks MAP Sensor and when I tried driving it it was sooo sluggish. I ended up going to Dodge and buying a new one for 11 bux. The same thing is possible on the puck! My truck threw 2 codes, one was the MAP Sensor and the other was a Turbo Overboost code for some reason.. GL
