Diablosport intune i3 reset

I have a 2007 jeep wrangler Rubicon 3.8l v6 and initially had a stage 1 tuner from some other company on the jeep. I installed the supercharger from ripp mods and attempted to install the new tune. Jeep didn't run so I took it to the dealership to flash the pcm. It turned on again so I installed the new tune. Ran great but I forgot to tighten the waterpump pulley so the belt snapped off. Got a new belt and hardware for the waterpump pulley and hooked it all up. Now the jeep won't start. I'm thinking that I messed up by not erasing the old backup that the tuner originally backed up. I'm taking it back to the dealership to get the pcm reflashed. I want to know how to completely factory reset the diablosport intune i3.

give us a call to get it reset.
if the tune was loaded and running fine, it shouldn't have changed after a part failure.
Kinda makes me think there is another problem somewhere if its not running now.
