89 mustang Delta chip problem

Hi there, i have an 89 mustang with an a9l in it, and i have been working with chipmaster to build a tune for it. I have been able to flash the chip successfully (according to the burner) it is set for eec IV and its a single tune non switchable. Problem is that whenever i plug the chip in, it makes my fuel pump continuously run and it barely starts. It happens no matter what i do to the tune. Am i doing something wrong?? i have tried TWO black chips and neither works. I did a search for a basic tune and used the 1993 a9l mustang base. Is this right?... please help?

Thanks for all the help Mike. After getting the proper template for my a9l online i was able to get it to work

Now its dyno time!

Hi dude, i have similar problem my mustang RPM is rising when i install the chip. could any one help me please.
