Confused if I can use my i3 on newer Cadillac

So I have had my i3 model no. 8245 for my 2009 Cadillac Escalade (3rd Gen) and about to get a 2016 so I see it calls for the same 8245 model... Is this correct for the 4th Gen Escalade? (2015 to 2020)?

Yes your inTune will work on a 2016....
