Predator vs SCT

Post by nomodz28 »

Anybody tell me how the predator stacks up against the sct flash tool? I think the predator is a better investment but the sct is a little cheaper and I have a tuner I can talk to face to face, dyno, shop, etc.

Wow, I've never seen one of their product cheaper than ours, but our support is second to none, and the tool is a great piece.

Thanks

I agree, I think just the fact that Diablo has this board makes it that much better to start with.

But,.. it would be interesting to see which tuner performs better. It would be cool to see Diablo, Edge, Superchips and Hypertech tested on the same vehicle on the same dyno.

There was in GMHTP magazine, the predator came out in the top 2 out of 6 if my memory serves. the difference between #1 and #2 was negligable, like .2 0r .3 hp gain.

You are correct Mike, it is more expensive. This guy has had this piece for a while and cut me a pretty decent deal. No purchase made yet. Still leaning towards the predator.

yes, predator came in #2 on dyno testing, cuz only 1 other one gained 2 more ft/lbs of torque... amount of HP was the same...

BUT... then they tested them all on the track...

and the Predator was #1 - right at the top baby!! it produced the fastest 1/4 mile times and highest speeds...
