2016 Ram I3 Issues

I just installed the I3 tuner and unlocked PCM in my 2016 Ram 1500 w/8spd. When I first hooked up the tuner it did a calibration install. After that was complete I went to tune the PCM, I am now getting a message saying "Some ECUs in this vehicle are not supported". When I hit continue I am only getting an option to be able to tune the TCM. I've tried updating the I3 but I continue getting a message saying "Unsupported file for your calibration not found."

save this to the i3 drive and let it import the file then load it to the truck then you can tune pcm and tcm.

I am now getting a P0601 code with the stock tune. I have not yet uploaded any of the diablo tunes to the truck yet. I just updated the calibration with the file.

Edit: Called tech support and Stephen was able to help me out and get the CEL resolved. Thanks guys.

Had same problem with the message popping up after my update on my i3 today on my 2017 5.7 1500 i have a unlock pcm and have loaded tunes before and now it it only comes up with TCM and i need to tune the ECT for my my Efan conversion

let it update the pcm then you'll be ab le to tune both pcm and tcm.

It wouldn't even show the pcm, i just checked my i3 and it had an update so it updated and ill try in the morning

Hi having the same issue on I3 after updating the device thru wifi last month trying to tune the truck showing message "Some ECU's in this vehicle is not supported". When i hit continue getting an option to tune the TCM.
Also the Easy Tune selection is not highlighted and When i click advanced tune No option to tune the ECM.

Everything was OK since 2016, only all issue happen after updating the device thru wifi last month.

Dodge Ram 1500 A/T 2015 model
