Can't update my Trinity

I need to update my Trinity and connect it to the DS downloader but when I click on update tool it looks for a file on my computer that I don't have nor know where to get. HELP!

there havent been updates for this tool in many moons, what are you trying to do exactly?

Hi Mike, I think I've got it somewhat figured out. I have a 2016 Jeep Rubicon and forgot that the PCM is locked so I have to get that unlocked before I can do anything. Do you guys still have your shop in Sanford? I was there for a dyno day a few years back, I live in Titusville.

We are still here, yes. I don't see that t1 working on any vehicle that may need calibration updates, as the server that used to handle that stuff is long gone unfortunately.
If you want, you can trade that trinity in toward a 25% discount on any new tuner for the Jeep.

Thanks Mike, if I did trade in the T1 on a newer version I'd still have to get my PCM unlocked by you guys adding more money on top. In this screwed up economy I don't know that I can both justify or afford to spend several hundred dollars just for a very small performance increase, unless I get a custom tune adding hundreds more on top of that.

I wish it was that easy Mike, like I mentioned above in this economy I have to pick and chose where I want to put what little money I have left over after paying bills and buying food.

Just for curiosity, how long does it take them to unlock the PCM?

if you send it here we unlock and send it back out the same day in 90% of cases. Only issue would be if it gets here late in the day generally.
