Looking for some more detailed information on the Trinity2

Vehicle is a 2023 Charger R/T 345 w/Auto Trans

I'm looking at the downloadable User Manual, but it seems a little light on details, and perhaps out of date. Some of the software mentioned seems to have been superseded. And I watched a few video's, but there isn't a lot of depth in the ones google is pointing me at. They gloss over it worse than the quick start guide.

For now the questions are:

1) Does the unit require a security module bypass to be installed, or does the pcm modification eliminate the need for that?

2) On the gauges, is there a shift light, and if so, what is adjustable with it.

3) What settings are available with the toggle buttons?

4) Once the pcm has been flashed, doe the unit have to remain attached, or can it be removed?

5) Can the unit drive additional devices oem or non-oem? Things like active intake or a fuel pump interrupt.

Yes, any 18+ models require the bypass module. If you ordered a kit specific to your model, it will come with the bypass.

Yes, you can 2x click the rpm gauge and add a shift light through the edit menu that pops up.

The toggle buttons on the device are designed for use with our EAS system to control things like lighting, winches, etc.

Can be removed.

You could get fancy with the EAS system to control lots of things if you wish. Its not something I have seen done though.

Ya, I have that. Problem is that it's written assuming you have the unit in hand. And it refers you to the information that stored in the unit.

No, not at this time. I guess I'm going to try and get my hands on a unit and poke it a bit.

OK so i have one to poke at and as expected, have a couple more questions.

1) there is a "Jammer CAI" tune. Is this for a specific air box set up, or any cold air intake box?

2) I was expecting to see a 93 octane tune as wall as an 87 octane tune. All I see is Diablo tune, 91 Octane Tune, and Jammer CAI tune as well and the modify tune selection.

I have already updated the unit, so its not a software version thing.

its a discontinued CAI we used to offer, but theres no MAF, it just adds a bit of fuel for the added airflow and thus would work well with most any intake that increases airflow

Diablo tune is your 93 octane tune

OK one last question. When replacing one custom tune with another, (91 tune to 93 tune) is the procedure the same as when replacing the original tune?

yes, just go from one tune to the next, no need to return to stock.

Diablo tune is your 93 octane tune

Can you run Diablo tune with 91 octane? What octane(s) can you run with Jammed CAI tune?

Diablo tune is for use with 93 octane. use the 91 tune if thats all you have.
Same for Jammer CAI, its for 93, the version with 91 in the name is for use with 91.
