Trinity 2 EX custom tunes

I am trying to get my 13 ram 1500 tuned by hemifever tuning. My EX doesn’t support custom tunes, he said there’s a software update to support custom tuning. Where do I get that software at??

Its never been an option really.
How long have you had the MX?
