1) The part# sticker has a handwritten 2005, then under it a ford 6.0
2) Revision R84
3) 2005 Ford F-350 6.0L
So I have had my predator in for the better part of 2+ years. Absolutely loved it. Took my truck into the dealer to have some issues addressed before my warrentee expires, and that's where everything fell to pieces. The warrentee bill ended up being $32,000.00, Thanks to a Horrible diesel tech. So I am happy as heck because Ford just basically rebuilt my whole truck. I get home and go to install my programmer and it tells me to contact Diablo tech line. It gave me the following information:
CalID 'ARZ2ALO1
VXCF4NK.Hex*
TQCIONB.Hex*
One thing the dealer replaced that I think made the difference was a total new computer for my truck???
So what does this mean for me and my truck, I REALLY miss my Predator

It has the latest of the ZZR series processors. It has the newest of the trans strategies to address some tow/haul shifting problems. You probably need to download the latest version to your predator as it supports all of the newest calibrations.

Ok I tried to do that and on my computer it says the download was successful, However on the programmer it tells me that the tool was improperly upgraded, and to downgrade to the previous version.
What now????

OK, you did not restore the stock tune to the truck before you took it to the dealer.
To fix this, you'll need first go back to the 7r84 revision, then fax us the paperwork from the dealer with the reflash listed.
Then call us with the tool powered up, so we can reset it, then you can update it and tune the truck.
Thanks
Mike

I am 99% sure I uninstalled the programmer prior, but maybe not. Any rate they didn't flash the CPU, they replaced it.
The 7r84 program is reinstalled.

What is the Fax # to where I can fax the portion of my bill stating they replaced the computer?

Tryed to reinstall the backup file into my truck with 100% no luck, so obviously not only am I an idiot, but one heck of a lucky one. I must have forgot to reinstall the backup file the last time it was towed to the dealer. Noe I am saying I am lucky because they could have voided my warrentee and I would have had to pay for all the work done.
So now that we have established this, does that mean I need to buy a new programmer?

HOLY SMOKES DIABLO YOU ROCK,
All I had to do was fax in the work order stating my CPU was replaced, call Diablo's Tech support and they literally had me back up and running in 5 minutes. AWSOME
