how do you add 3% fuel at WOT?

[rt4drizzt]

i know where the setting is in the predator under modify parameters for a perf. tune that says WOT fuel.. but it gives only 3 settings, 1k-3.5k , and so on.. how do you add different amounts of fuel throughout the rpm band?

I set it 3% richer across the board....
