Power Puck/Boost Fooler?

I was told by a few peeps that the Power Puck acts as a boost fooler, is this true? I have a 07 5.9 Cummns btw.

I believe it goes fooler first, then puck, but feel free to ask some of the guys here that are actually running this combo.

what boost fooler would be recommended to work well with pred/puck combo?
2003 SO 250hp, u7130/puck, goerend built auto, all guages etc.

I see that this thread might be a little old but its of interest to me now - I just got the Quadzilla BF and a little piece of paper in the box says "DO NOT USE ON A TRUCK WITH A PLUG IN MODULE" but no statement that plain was mentioned on their website.
The PP is installed on an '07 5.9L Dodge (no DPF! :D ) and my only other mod is a Rokkteck timing sensor. My needs are just for towing a travel trailer and I was thinking that raising the boost would help lower EGTs.
