Would anyone take a look at my first log?

Post by kaidok77 »

2016 Challenger 5.7, 6 spd. Did my first ever PCM swap and 93 tune. Set a few parameters. Just wondering if someone would take a peek for me to see what i may be able to tweak. Could not find Knock sensor PID, i'm sure it's cause i'm blind. Thanks.

update, reuploaded log with knock pids...learning as i go. This is with Sunoco 93

update 2.lol so yeah i went wrong way on fuel and was a little lean, went left and now only a couple degrees pulled at high 4's into 5k. As of now i have 2 degrees across the board and same on fuel %. Log looks decent but gonna richen mid and highs a bit more.
Also rev limiter not adjusting or moving up and stupid skip shift is still there. I saw a video on Youtube where Hemi Mike had same issue on his rev limiter and found out it was because it was reading his car as an auto. How or who can fix this? Thanks for any help.

Update 3. So i tuned again before work this morning, i love tinkering on my car so much and it shows at 5:30 am..lol So i have fuel set at 2 on bottom end and timing at 3, mid and top end fuel is 4 and timing is 3. It's pulling hard, i'm not going any further on the timing. I will log it again later today, but i believe i should be close.
Also i have a 190 Tstat in it and only have one ECT setting in the parameter, so i set it at 195. It seems to be going to 200 and then back down, i think the fans may be being worked kinda hard, so ill probably raise it a couple degrees. I'll most likely end up going with a 180 sooner or later.
Now just need rev limter to be able to be raised a couple hundred and get rid of the dumb skip shift. Overall it's feeling pretty good.
Feel like i'm just writing a book at this point but oh well maybe this will help someone else as well as help me. Thanks for help/ reading.

Probably last update, so car is pulling damn hard for this setup. I'm impressed seeing a lot of people have said the 93 tune doesn't do much. I did notice it got better as time went on, i had read that so that makes sense. I did contact Diablo and Tierra was great and tried her best to get the rev limit resolved and i was given a custom tune to try to fix it but it still won't go past 5800.
I did let them know it's probably due to it being seen as an auto and only mention this because the Youtube guy went through a month of back and forth and i was trying to prevent this.
I was told they would get back with me over the next few days, so there's that.
