Diablo Sport I3 12 Charger RT help

I just received my I3 for my 2012 Dodge Charger RT 5.7 liter Hemi. It started the calibration process for the tune paused at 35% and stopped. Unplugged connected back to my PC and no further updated are needed. Plugged back in and it displays writing tune ECM: and has been for the last 30 minutes. Unplugged and my Charger will not start at all. Help from anyone who may know what to do next will be greatly appreciated!
