I3 tuner help needed

Recently got a used Diablo i3 it’s married to a car so i need to get a license for it but when i go online it won’t let me by a license from the store or keep asking about serial number or something

And do i need to register my Diablo i3 if so how do i do that bc online it takes me to a error menu

are you starting by connecting to the update agent software?
let it update, when its done it will take you to the store in your browser and will pass the serial to the website allowing the purchase to complete properly.
