I’ve got two 9245 T2 EX Platinum programmers that are both married to a couple of my previous ram 5.7s however I’m curious to know if there is support for the 3.0 ecodiesel on these before paying to add a license on either of them.

No, unfortunately we never offered tuning for those applications.
