DiabloSport i3 Platinum No WiFi and cant through ECU

Just bought the DiabloSport i3 Platinum, and im trying to get it to even just use the canned tunes, but everytime it goes to install it shows a message saying bad seed, Ive installed Ignition and updated everything I can, and waited multiple times to see if it would eventually give the bypass code but still havent received it, on top of that networks have quit showing up completely, I have been very excited to use this device and would be gratefully thankful if someone could please help or even point out what is being done wrong, thanks.

bad seen is a message saying the pcm is not unlocking properly, which is usually from someone changing the seed/key to in order to lock the pcm.
Is it previously tuned?

From as far as we can tell, lightly if it was, car was bought off a dealer a couple weeks ago, and had a aftermarket intake, and catalyitic converters. If so would it be possible to remove this previous tune with the tool? or turn off AFM?

yeah, kinda crappy that someone locked it, maybe they'll unlock it if you figure out who did it.
