t2 updating and log issues

t2 updating and log issues

T2 giving me issues, I called support and went through some updates. I have the 9300 and wanted it updated to the custom tuning sku (platinum) . that was supposed to happen and says updating on the screen when plugged into the pc. Then it keeps going until it says error log is being created. (this did happen many times before the tech support call. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the update agent and on windows 11, i think..


error occured, please wait until log is created, then installing update, then failure log complete. then click continue and then goes back to main screen

well support fixed my issue, had to delete most of the files on the drive and it updated. thanks to you all
