In september I bought an i3 unit for my Jeep GC 5.7 hemi 2006. When I first tried to connect to OBDII in my car after updating, I got the message "This Vehicle is currently Not Supported; an update may be required. Please plug this device into a PC to download any updates." However, when I reconnect the i3 to the computer I have been unableto get updates. I have tried severel times but yesterday I tried again with "Update agent" and downloaded available files for my device. Then I again connected the unit to my car and received the same message again "This Vehicle is currently Not Supported; an update may be required. Please plug this device into a PC to download any updates" .
When I reconnected it to my computer there is no update.
I need help to be able to use my new i3!

Unfortunately we do not support the 05-10 export cherokee models, they are just not available for us to get the files.

the TJ should be fine.
The only exports we have no way to support are the 05-10 WK models.

i have contacted tech support and they instructed me to update the diablo device.
i updated the device and im still getting this error.

here is the file.
it returned in the XML file that this is a Cali ECU.

this vehicle was purchased brand new not in cali so im not sure why that is.... but is there a way to fix this?

this is fixed. run the update again, it will get the file it needs. then load it to the Jeep, then you can install the tunes.
