Alarm after 91 tune install

I just got the i3 platinum for 12 challenger rt, after I installed the 91 tune the car alarm started going off. It turn off if I start the car but go off again as soon as I shut it off. I reinstalled factory tune but it kept doing it so I have the negative battery cable disconnected now to reset the whole system, hopefully. Any help would be greatly appreciated. No, I have not checked for any updates.

Battery stayed off over night, as soon as I touch the post alarm goes off...

Hate to say it, but in 20 years of doing this, I've never seen or heard of anything like this happening.
If the stock tune has been restored, then any changes that may have lead to this are gone, so it doesnt seem the tune caused the issue.

Has there ever been a security issue with the vehicle in the past, pcm replaced, theft recovery,etc?

Not to my knowledge, but it belonged to my wife's brother before he past away. She did tell me he wrecked it while he had it and her son wrecked it and it sat for about 3 or 4 years before I got. Ive had it for about 3 years fixing it, just got it on the road this past summer. Never had an issue like this before now. I have a remote battery kill switch on the way to use until I can figure it out. But ideas you may have will be appreciated.

Im thinking theres a short in the horn or something.
Pull the horn fuse.
