T2 with DS Unlocked PCM from Another Vehicle – Installation Process?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to figure out the correct procedure for installing a Diablosport unlocked PCM from my previous car into a new one.

Both vehicles are Scat Pack models (2021 to 2023), and I’d like to reuse the unlocked PCM instead of going through the unlock process again.

Has anyone done this before? Are there any specific steps required (relearn procedures, VIN issues, compatibility checks, etc.) when swapping the PCM between vehicles?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

You'll need to send the pcm to us to have the VIN changed to match the 2023, we charger $100 for the service.
From there it should all work as normal.
