Odd idle question

I tuned my 2023Ram 5.7 to 900rpm. The main reason was because my hi output alternator I added does not charge at normal idle.
There is only one idle adjustment for my Trinity 2Platinum EX tuner for this truck.
With normal driving A/C off,idle stays at 900rpm.With defrost on(compressor running),the idle is 900rpm.However,with A/C on,the idle drops to 500rpm.I do not know what to do to keep the idle dropping to 500rpm with A/C engaged,or why the difference.I am confused why it doesn't drop when defrost is engaged,as the compressor is running in that mode.
As I noted there is not a separate idle adjustment for A/C on for this tuner,as the computer is supposed to control this on it's own(hence only the simple rpm adjustment on the tuner).Any suggestions.
