6.4 error codes with intake and exhaust

I installed a AEM intake and Banks monster exhaust. Know I am getting 3 error codes P244A, P2452,saying unknown and one saying my particulate filter is below efficency threshold. My truck is also trying to clean the filter very often now. Also is there a custom tune so I can remove my particulate filter.

P244A Diesel Particulate Filter Differential Pressure Too Low. P2452 Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor A Circuit. Sounds like someone disconnected the sensor for the circuit check failure code. As far as the efficiency code... The pics of the brute force intake I have seen replaces the tube from the filter to the turbo. Just like on the AFE intakes this can cause a change in air flow through the mass air sensor. The code was more than likely P2002. Diesel Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1). Swap the stock intake back on. Just to make sure the pressure sensor didn't pop off also, on the top of the catalyst/filter there is a small hose about 2 inches long with a little square box sensor on it. Make sure its fully seated on the pipe. If it popped off and escaping gases have burned the harness, you may have to take it to the dealer for repair.

Want to get a DPF delete kit can you make a custom tune to run without the DPF. If you cannot I know SCT has programming to do this.
